This project consisted of a full hail damage restoration project including Class 4 roofing, a full exterior house paint, a number of window replacements, and a new gutter system. Following the hail restoration project, we were hired to construct an outdoor room. The room consists of a covered natural timber open room with tongue and groove ceilings, electricity, a standing seam metal roof, and a half round traditional gutter system. The challenge we encountered on the project was the engineered portion of the room that is attached to the dwelling rear wall as well as building the room on top of an existing concrete patio. We were forced to remove and replace the siding on the entire rear wall of the dwelling in order to add strength for the new load bearing room. Electricity for the lighting, fan, television, and gaming system was completed to finish off the project for the enjoyment of many summer nights to come.
